about
“Connection” is a tongue-in-cheek resistance to our virtual lives. I have misgivings about my own involvement with social media. It does so many weird things to my mood that I’m on the fence as to whether I want to participate at all. It often seems like nothing online matters, but other times it makes me feel connected to people all around the world. Regardless, we’re all isolated in the midst of a pandemic, and right now there’s no denying that this 2-dimensional digital connection is far better than no connection at all.
